Many people have accidentally gotten in a lot of trouble because they didn't realize that intellectual property laws to exist for internet products in the same way that they do for offline materials. This copyright policy serves two purposes. 1) It helps anyone who might be unsure about what they can and can not do with the stuff on my site know this information. 2) Because we have posted this explicit notice, anyone caught disregarding it would be guilty of blatant theft and we will prosecute. The only exception I outright grant here is downloading pages to a PDA for offline reading. One copy may be downloaded to your PC (non-networked, non-shared except for a household environment) for offline reading if you have a 56k or less connection and delete all copies within 30 days of downloading.
